This stunning custom-built, 1,600 sq ft waterfront retreat (built in 2018) set directly on Chester’s Back Harbour, just a short walk from the heart of Chester Village. Designed for up to four guests, the home offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a unique layout that includes a separate, self-contained “condo-style” suite connected to the main house by an upper-level walkway, perfect for couples traveling together who still want a little extra privacy.
Outside, the experience is pure South Shore. Step onto the spacious rear deck, settle into the outdoor seating, fire up the BBQ, or head down to the floating dock where the harbour is quite literally at your feet. A mooring is also available if required. Inside, you’ll find a deluxe, well-equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining area, a comfortable lounge, and a separate TV room for relaxed nights in.
The home also includes laundry facilities, fibre-op internet, and parking for two vehicles, so everything you need to drop anchor and truly unwind.
